While we take all proper steps to ensure the highest hatch rate possible (eggs picked and packed within 2 days of shipping, eggs packed to help protect against damage during shipping, etc), there is no guarantee on the hatching rate of your eggs.

Please make sure you understand that there is no guarantee on the hatching rate, and refunds will not be given if all eggs do not hatch. We have hatched dozens of chicks from the same flock that will lay your hatching eggs, but while we are confident in our quality, we cannot guarantee the hatch rate.
