These birds have personality. They can be great companions when raised and handled (gently) frequently. Some also like being perched on your shoulder when walking around the house!

They are small enough to keep inside in a small home or apartment, you can easily make a very suitable cage out of various size storage bins. Make sure to refresh bedding and space regularly. Females lay beautiful blue eggs daily when provided the proper diet and amount of light, and start laying in as little as 6 weeks from hatching.

Our tuxedo-patterned flock all carry the recessive Celadon gene - females lay beautiful blue eggs! They are also confirmed “true blue” - chicks hatched from our eggs also carry the gene, and females will lay blue eggs

GUARANTEES:

While we take all proper steps to ensure the highest hatch rate possible (eggs picked and packed within 2 days of shipping, eggs packed to help protect against damage during shipping, etc), there is no guarantee on how the package is handled once it leaves our hands, and how that can affect the hatching rate of your eggs.

Please understand that there is no guarantee on the hatch rate, and refunds will not be given if all eggs do not hatch. We have hatched dozens of chicks from the same flock that will lay your hatching eggs, and have shipped countless eggs that have hatched successfully across the country and Puerto Rico, but while we are confident in our quality, we cannot guarantee the hatch rate due to factors outside of our control during the shipping process.

SHIPPING:

Orders Ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays in most cases. If your order cannot be fulfilled by Wednesday, it will be shipped with fresh eggs the following Monday (considering holidays).

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND to select the fastest shipping option for your location. Orders will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only to ensure delivery within the same week. Orders that qualify for free shipping will use the most economical shipping option with a delivery estimate within the same week. To purchase an overnight or 2day shipping option please contact us after purchasing to add the additional shipping cost onto your order.

We will ship your order as quickly as possible upon receiving it. Depending on demand and quantity that you ordered, as well as the laying cycle of our hens and other external factors, additional days may be required to gather freshly laid hatching eggs.

SHIPPING DATES are 100% up to the eggs our flock lay along with orders we have in queue. If you would like to inquire about your order after your order has been placed, but has not yet shipped, please send us a message!

Eggs are collected and packed over a 2-3 day period. Hatch rate begins to decline if not incubated after day 7, leaving 4 shipping days for the highest hatch rate. Please consider this when selecting your shipping option. We will use our discretion and expertise to determine when your order will be shipped, based on several factors such as order pick date, shipping time to your location, holidays/non-package delivery days such as Sunday, etc. We will do our best to ship our order out to you as soon as possible! We do not get paid until your order arrives at your door, so it is in all of our best interests for orders to be shipped as soon as possible. That said, please note, we cannot rush nature - as soon as our hens fulfill your order, it will be shipped out to you.
